Showers and heavy rain in western countries, drier but cloudy in central Europe

Monday
SDrier in Portugal as persistent showers spread across Spain. Heavy rain in the Balearics. Staying dry across Corsica and Sardinia. One or two isolated showers in central and northern Italy. Patchy showers and breezy in western Greece. Windy across Turkey with persistent showers, turning heavy at times.
Heavy rain in France, particularly in the south. Driest in the west. Wet in western Germany, but staying dry elsewhere. Dry but cloudy across Poland, Hungary, and Austria.
Cloudy and dry in Denmark, with some showers across the Low Countries. Lighter rain in Finland. Windy and heavy rain across central Sweden, and showers in the south. Windy too in Norway, with showers across central and southern regions, spreading north as the day progresses.

Tuesday
Bursts of rain across Portugal, spreading into western Spain, and turning heavy at times. A couple of showers across central Spain. Dry across the Balearics, but wetter to the east of the Mediterranean, with rain in Corsica and Sardinia, some heavy pulses mixed in. One or two isolated showers in central Italy, but becoming wetter elsewhere as the day progresses. Patchy showers across Greece, and persistent showers, some heavy, in Turkey.
Wet in France, with heavy rain across central and southern regions. One or two showers in central Germany, but dry elsewhere. Dry and breezy across Poland, Hungary, and Austria. Showers in Switzerland.
Rain across the Low Countries, and a couple of showers in Denmark. Dry and breezy in the Baltic States. Persistent rain in Finland, turning heavy at times. Dry too across Sweden and Norway, and feeling breezy. Some showers along the western coast of Norway.
